Is Our Axiom Education A Good Fit?
|
Do you feel disappointed in the education your child has received?
Are you enthusiastic to provide a life-preparing education for your child?
Does your student seem bored, tired, or indifferent after a typical school day?
Do you want quality instruction and a loving, Christian atmosphere, even if you're not a Christian?
At Axiom Christian Classical School, students are treated as the "whole man": mind, body, and soul. They are led to love what is lovely and true and to turn from what is ugly and dark in our world.

It’s one thing to teach the mind what to think about ideas, but human beings are more - mind, body and soul. They think, feel, love, and yearn. Classical education is about training and exercising that whole person to love what is lovely and be a scholar for life by finding and imitating the Ideal One - the Logos - in every aspect of life.

Beginning with the end in view, we believe that all areas of academic study provide opportunities to experience, admire, and emulate that which is true, good, and beautiful. Whether your child is in the classroom, on the track, or in the garden, we are looking for opportunities to cultivate mind, body, and soul.
The virtuous scholar has gained the habit of excellence through diligence and dedication to their study. The Axiom graduate’s integrity has been shaped by learning to embrace that which is good, beautiful, and true.
True scholarship leads to the awareness and admission that there is much we do not know because of our human frailty and limited nature as created beings.

After more than a decade of working together as colleagues, we felt a calling and a passion for a higher level of excellence in classical education. With gifted expertise, wisdom and over 30+ combined years of experience in this specialized academic field, we fanned these gifts, as Paul advised Timothy, into the flame of Axiom School, Albuquerque's new classical Christian academy. Serving student grade levels from Kindergarten to twelfth grade, five days a week we are committed to Forming the Virtuous Scholar.
